I'm not in the mood to write. <br />I'm sick of poetry, <br />sick of narratives, <br />sick of my own emotions. <br />I wish it could all go away. <br />I want to dispose of my thoughts <br />with yesterday's garbage. <br />I can't sleep. <br />I can't eat. <br />I can't breathe <br />anymore. <br />I just want it all to leave <br />and evaporate into the air. <br />My emotions have gone awol... <br />I'm hot one minute <br />and then cold the next, <br />and it's affecting everyone around me. <br />If I could just disappear <br />for just a little while <br />and finally get some rest, <br />all would be okay. <br />But all I can do now is wait <br />for the right time <br />to give up completely <br />and shut everything down. <br />I want a bomb to fall <br />on my head.<br /><br />Samantha Bursich<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/disgustingly-emo/
