I lay there in our bed nude barely awake in that in between state of conciousness and dream. <br />You come to me lay with me under warm blanket atop cool sheets warm fleshy body next to mine. <br />You glide ur hand across my back then move it down and then between my thighs. <br />That moment that waiting that lasts and lasts and lasts the waiting that never ends. <br />My heart screams my flesh just wants to consume all of you in that second that is my forever agony. <br />It hurts to be still this long while you tease with that touch, that lingering of decision of whether to commit to entrance. <br />Then although you didnt intend on the work you can not control that painful anticipation that you have created by remembering inside of me. <br />You find it and I feel overwhelmed and you feel it too i hear it in your breathing.<br /><br />michelle soares<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/the-moment-that-lasts/
