Courtney had a recurring dream about a guy from the outer space. <br />His grey skin was part fur, he had large red eyes, and a tail. <br />As he tried to put the moves on her, she screamed, ''Bag your face! '' <br />She broke out in a cold sweat when was caught in a raging gale. <br />Two short arms with claws took hold of her, and she was out cold. <br />Courtney was awoken in another place, among the jagged rocks. <br />She tried to get it all together, and not lose her hold. <br />''This isn't for real, '' she said, ''Somebody's playing a hoax.'' <br />And she heard, ''You're standing in the doorway to hell. <br />I have to mate with you to create a new bloodline.'' <br />And the incubus led her to a derelict deep well. <br />Before jumping down, she gasped at seeing a mark on his hand: 999.<br /><br />Aram Stefanian<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/999/
