Bad Things are just words <br />Until you add an attitude. <br />They test your faith <br />They test your strength. <br />Bad Things are delusions <br />Which waits on your belief <br />To confuse and place doubt. <br />The essence of them <br />Creates an illusion <br />To cover up the boudaries <br />Of God's blessings within. <br />It is the perception <br />That causes harmful sufferings <br />And sometimes developes <br />The growth of distasteful character. <br />As it pronounces itself <br />We are to denounce it from ourselves. <br />Make any amount of Bad Things <br />See the goodness of its own <br />Low self-esteem <br />And the will of its own strenth <br />Will deminish. <br />For to walk in God's will <br />Embeds our trust into His heart <br />And all things are for our good.<br /><br />Cecelia Weir<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/bad-things/
