Your voice is heard and my heart races <br />I take in a deep breath for composure <br />A tremor courses through my soul <br />Stretching my spine for balance or perhaps to shake the very nerve <br />A smile embraces me <br />And my being has taken flight and I become lost within the sound of your voice…. <br /> <br />Aimlessly I float on clouds of joy <br />We are children laughing… young lass and sweet boy <br />Happiness has taken control <br />And you are in my soul <br /> <br />So much life surges through the phone <br />I feel you…. and begin to wonder <br />If his voice takes me so high with just the tone…… <br />God help me I have fallen and I am going under! <br /> <br />Careful lassie remember….
