my father never came around but maybe once or twice <br />i never got to see him as often as i'd like <br />something in my heart tells me that somewhere in him he does care <br />but then why was he never there <br />why was he never there, does he love me, why does he make me cry <br />i'll never get an answer for these questions, alls i can do is wonder why <br />he left me without a word to where he was going or when he'd be back <br />now a father is what i lack <br />i used to think maybe he'd be back to see me <br />but now i reolize that was a just a fantasy <br />there are so many questions i need to ask him <br />but now he's in prison <br />i'll probably never get to see him ever again <br />i wish he knew how much i missed him <br />but now its to late, he'll never know <br />how much i'v cryed and how i miss him so...<br /><br />alicia mullins<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/my-father-28/
