There are times in life when you feel down and out <br />The world against you, of that there’s no doubt. <br />There’s no one around and no one to care <br />No one to talk to and no one to share. <br /> <br />Your troubles seem many and on the increase <br />Is nobody bothered, will this thing not cease? <br />There’s light in the tunnel you hear people say <br />Hoping it’s your tunnel that there’s light in today. <br /> <br />But things seem to drag on just like before <br />Nothing changing for you, no knock at your door. <br />Then it just happens, it all comes together <br />No more the anger, at the end of your tether. <br /> <br />Life’s not so bad now, you’re not down anymore <br />Things seem so easy you see, no longer a chore. <br />Next time that you feel down and under the weather <br />Look back at this moment and pull yourself together.<br /><br />Brian 'Peza' Perrins<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/pull-yourself-together/
