I'm different 'caus I made a choice, different 'cause I have a voice. <br />I've taken a stance, though it does not fit well with your plans. <br />I am seraching for a different way, 'cause I know there's a brighter day. <br />This isn't me...what's my destiny? <br /> <br />The picture of a girl at the age of six, <br />How colourful a world to practise all her tricks. <br />All that she meets, impressions on them lay, <br />They seem to think she could be great one day. <br />Then suddenly this girl, turns into a teen, <br />She does seem to have changed, an yet she still is lean. <br />A mystery round her brown eyes do loom, <br />She can be heard at nights crying in her room. <br />She is so all alone, searching for a friend, <br />We all feel her pain, but we can't comprehend. <br /> <br />She's different. <br /> <br />We fast forward to now, she's still away from the crowd. <br />To her, no one can relate, (they whisper) she's so strange. <br />Because they are all blind, she left them behind. <br />What they can't see is that there's no set route.... <br /> <br />No Set Route To Finding Destiny.<br /><br />Sara Stowell<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/finding-destiny/
