A cloudless sky at eventide <br />subtly adopts a deeper hue. <br />High overhead the moon is new <br />and stars are scattered far and wide <br />I gaze in wonder open eyed <br />as shooting stars play peek a boo <br /> and comets, comets tails pursue. <br />I try to but I can’t decide. <br />Which of these marvels I can see, <br />I find appeals the most to me. <br />There’s such a wide variety. <br />Although I do my uttermost <br /> I know I cannot possibly <br /> opt for just one amongst the host. <br /> <br />11-Apr-07<br /><br />ivor .e hogg<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/signs-and-wonders/
