William Shakespeare who died <br />in the seventeenth century, <br />left a legacy of sonnets and <br />plays; how could we deny his <br />pure genius? Fine <br />works such as his never fade. <br /> <br />'The Owl and the Pussycat' <br />was also a gem by an author <br />named Edward Lear. Children <br />of all ages delight in this poem. <br />It is read with great joy <br />year by year. <br /> <br />William Wordsworth, whose <br />lines cast a spell - laureate <br />and poet supreme...'Upon <br />Westminster Bridge' and <br />'Sweet Lucy Gray' are <br />treasures we all love so well. <br /> <br />More famous poets too numerous <br />to mention, have brought so much <br />pleasure and joy.
