I sit on the bed, <br />And watch her eyes, <br />Watch me. <br />Ready to move at the slightest sign, <br />Of how I feel. <br />I move, <br />She hesitates. <br />I pin her, <br />Her eyes sparkle, <br />Like a topaz, <br />Stained by the earth, <br />To a hazel brown. <br />She kisses me. <br />And pulls away. <br />But I'm wanting her more. <br />So I kiss her back. <br />For what feels like eternity. <br />And I feel her body quake, <br />In tremors of a ignited passion. <br />It won't be long. <br />Before I can release the flame. <br />And let the fire overwhelm us.<br /><br />Stuart Logan<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/tremors-2/
