I don't have to say anything about the person this poem is about. You know who you are! <br />I just find that sometimes the only way for me to get over my feelings is to write. So, although parts may sound as though I abhor this person, I'm still very much in love with them. <br /> <br /> <br />I don't see why, <br />you treated me like s**t, <br />I know you say you didn't, <br />but I know you'll never admit. <br />What you've done to me, <br />was cold and completely heartless, <br />so now I dwell on these thoughts, <br />lost in total darkness. <br /> <br />Everything I wanted, <br />I found inside of you, <br />to scared to take your chance, <br />now what are we to do? <br />For to me it only seems, <br />you just wanted to play a game, <br />now I get so angry, <br />at the very mention of your name. <br /> <br />This anger will not abate, <br />it rises to the surface, <br />I only wish I could walk away, <br />and forget about this place. <br />Then I see you smile, <br />which sparks the memory, <br />of how you played your twisted game, <br />with total lack of mercy. <br /> <br />I know you now don't care, <br />to me its all so clear, <br />I'm just truly thankful, <br />you never saw me shed that tear. <br />When you turned your back, <br />and without looking walked away, <br />I wish I could say I was lucky, <br />on that very day. <br /> <br />For if you could do this then, <br />and make me feel so low, <br />what would happen after a year? <br />Actually........
