There was, transcending the universe,
The very thought of white
Attacking everything.
The sun's fragile light bursts
And gathers in a swarm.
The radiant pieces tessellate
Into a fine mosaic form
Of buildings o'er towering our heads
As cluttered as the overcast.
They quickly dive, and surely they hit
All what's small and innocent.
And now the walls are dripping red
Onto the faded floors.
Severed lives are flickering
The heart beat of a corpse,
As the glorious form detaches
And begins to rearrange.
Oh! the spheric room is desolate,
And tragically disengaged!
Now the sun's away, away,
To its eternal slumber at bay.

Rabi Anata

http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/something-amazing-dripping-red/
