When it comes to music, I just can't figure Jazz, <br /> but, isn't that the point? <br /> You are not supposed to know it, <br /> You are just supposed to feel it! <br /> <br /> It is a 'free - for - all', that comes back together <br /> near the end... almost! <br /> <br /> It's almost like a contest between musicians to see <br /> which can go the farthest out and find their way back again. <br /> <br /> Your instrument of choice can be taken to it's limits, <br /> - - - the trick is, don't get lost, <br /> - - - the problem is, that too many do, <br /> and then the cost is unexpected and paid by many with the <br /> ultimate rejection. <br /> <br /> Jazz is much like life, <br /> no matter what is done, <br /> no one ever really wins. <br /> <br /> Even the listener can only hold it for a tone or two, <br /> A happy heart is still the only proof!<br /><br />Barry Van Allen<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/what-evidence/
