It would be great <br />If the truth <br />Was not such a tremendous part, <br />Of our ever growing bout with reality! <br />People would believe anything <br />They were told. <br />A cure for anything <br />Would be sold on TV. <br />Accountability? <br />It wouldn't exist at all! <br />Disrespect would be accepted. <br />A diminished mindset... <br />With a decreased quality of life, <br />Would prevail! <br />And lies? <br />Well... <br />It would be great <br />If the truth <br />Was not such a huge part <br />Of reality! <br />There seems to be an overflow of it! <br />And you know what 'they' say... <br />About having too much of a good thing? <br />It just seems 'too' good to be true! <br />We've been 'truthified'. <br />And even denial has achieved glouting status! <br /> <br />'Are you being sarcastic?
