I got on messenger to have a chat, <br />with a friend across the sea, <br />but all they could see, <br />was me popping in and out, <br />like a jack-in-the-box. <br />One minute I was there, <br />the next I was gone. <br />Like the magician’s magic, <br />of now you see me, <br />now you don’t. <br />Have you ever tried, <br />to hold a conversation? <br />Ooops I’ve popped out and in again. <br />My eyes are going perpendicular, <br />watching myself disappear, <br />and moments later reappear, <br />with a message hanging in midair. <br />The more it did it, <br />the more frustrated I became. <br />There, I’ve popped out again. <br />With the twinkling of an eye, <br />I was back again. <br />It nearly drove me crazy, <br />acting like a bouncing ball. <br />In the end, we called it quits, <br />and folks that is all.<br /><br />David Harris<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/popping-in-popping-out-fun-poem-16/
