Darkness is where <br />I seem to be <br />Stuck in a deep and dark <br />whole where no one <br />can reach me <br />alone and lost from the outside world <br />trying to climb out from the dark <br />to see the light <br />only to be drug even deeper <br />not by the human race <br />but by my own mistakes <br />I learn from them <br />but only to make more <br />two feet out <br />then six feet under <br />never knowing if I can <br />get out, seeinf the light <br />but not able to reach it <br />Seeing it slip away <br />into the dark like <br />a dimming flashlight <br />in need if new batteries <br />the light is my only hope, only way to get <br />out of the dark whole <br />that is consuming <br />me inch by inch <br />struggling for help, for air <br />only to realize I'm the only one <br />that can help myself <br />So here I go changing <br />once more for the people around me <br />along with everyone else<br /><br />to those who wonder what life is about<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/darkness-65/
