A poor father sold his twin daughters to pay hospital dues worth Rs 32,500, Dunya News reported on Saturday. <br />As per details, Nadra Bibi, wife of Bilal Khan was admitted to Ali Clinic and Maternity Home for delivery. The private hospital is situated in Jalalpur Jattan area. <br />After birth of twin girls, dues worth Rs 32,500 were pending against the family. <br />Later, a hospital employee identified as Sultana Bibi suggested them to sell their babies to clear the hospital bill. <br />The hospital administration allegedly finalised their deal with unknown persons in return of thousands of rupees and got thumb impressions of girls' father Bilal Khan on a plain paper as a guarantee. <br />Doctor Rizwan said the girls were sold by their parents. He was informed about the reality later and only medical bill was charged from the parents. <br />On the other hand, the parents claim that they are unaware of the total amount given in return of their daughters.
