Behold what long our God concealed <br />Behold The Crimson Flow <br />Consider secrets Christ revealed <br />Two thousand years ago <br /> <br />Though sickness plagues the human race <br />Though death a while walks tall <br />Sinners may see God’s smiling face <br />When Jesus’ name we call <br /> <br />Though shadows cloud the troubled mind <br />And darkness taunts the soul <br />God’s awesome Light can heal the blind <br />To see man’s crucial goal <br /> <br />Heaven and all that’s promised there <br />With streets of purest gold <br />Eternal life for all to share <br />Just as our Saviour told <br /> <br />The eyes of Jesus’ chosen wife <br />By grace and Heaven’s will <br />May see by faith The Tree Of Life <br />Revealed on Calvary Hill <br /> <br />We may but need to think a while <br />Spare Christ a moment’s thought <br />Turn from the things which God revile <br />And heed The Truth’s report <br /> <br />Let wisdom don its rightful crown <br />Let knowledge sing its song <br />Till ignorant walls tumble down <br />Amidst the maddening throng <br /> <br />Let’s live by faith and not by sight <br />Let’s live as Heaven planned <br />Let’s live to God a great delight <br />Toward His Promised Land<br /><br />Michael P.
