It seems to me that it’s apparent <br />When warm spring weather arrives <br />That we are sent a gift from heaven <br />God’s Special Angels that would thrive <br /> <br />He blesses us with spring blooms <br />And oh, how we’re ready to see <br />The colors and fragrances of flowers <br />Designed by God for you and me <br /> <br />He knows how much we appreciate <br />The work that’s He’s gone through <br />I’m sure he labored long and hard <br />For perfect colors so fresh and true <br /> <br />The Iris, with its unique little beard <br />That fits in with every scene <br />Colors so brilliant and so charming <br />Like a lovely precious dream <br /> <br />Lilies pop out for everyone to enjoy <br />The Pinks with their amazing designs <br />And a fragrance beyond any other <br />Promising sweet and cheerful times <br /> <br />I do think that God has created <br />Flowers to beautify our days <br />And since we’re so very appreciative <br />We might thank Him when we pray <br /> <br />And God sent these Special Angels <br />Down from heaven with His love <br />To the Angels on the ground <br />That reside at Spanish Cove!<br /><br />Marilyn Lott<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/god-s-special-angels/
