A site that lets you add poetry <br />Sounds like good fun to me <br />But my writing has been very lax lately <br />So a test will allow me to see <br />If I still can put lines together <br />And get them to scan and to rhyme <br />'Though lately my input is never <br />I just never give me the time <br /> <br />So I'll set myself out a new quest <br />To get one of these wrote every day <br />It might get me a bit stressed <br />But it might spark the old spongy grey <br />I don't have a plan of the themes <br />Or how they will form themselves out <br />I'm just gonna sit at this screen <br />And let my mind throw stuff about <br /> <br />I dont know if you will be waiting <br />Or if I will talk to myself <br />Either way I will keep on creating <br />Be it bad or good for my health <br />So I'll end this opening poem <br />And see if I can last the week <br />Cos right now I've no way of knowing <br />If it'll end with a roar or a squeak <br /> <br /> <br />7th August 2007<br /><br />Flying Lemming<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/the-poem-a-day-project-day-01/
