I cant Hardly believe my feet have brought me this far. <br />May be I trusted blind too many times and on it goes. <br />I take a long look It's a hard climb that take a long time. <br />Maybe I cant see straight and all this weight is numbing me slow. <br /> <br />Every Summit I reach, seems the highest I've been. <br />I'm scared to death to let you in, <br />I'm broken and I feel my heart beating <br />believe so deeply to see with new vision. <br /> <br />The Journey I face, I am the river that reels <br />through the distance below in the light that guides <br />my way all my tomorrows and yesterdays sorrows <br />winding through choices and the way I must go. <br /> <br />To the top of the mountain edge of the stars and <br />I know there's a reason you has shown me this place. <br />fade in passion here today can you teach me how to feel <br />and to believe again? can you show me what is real, and to be free? <br /> <br />But when i see through His eyes I've got nothing to fear <br />this light inside, has more to try and more chances. <br />for joys there to meet me and wisdoms my friend. <br /> <br />My companion that helps me find purposes again <br />truth has finally come to me, and it's time to let it go. <br />I can say my goodbyes to all the struggle and tears.<br /><br />Mary Wismer<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/when-i-see-through-his-eyes-i-ve-got-nothing-to-fear/
