It's dark and cold outside <br />And I'm walking down this road, <br />I don't really know why, I just am <br />Lost in the memories I hold. <br /> <br />I feel like I'm stalked <br />By my own shadow, <br />But I know it's stalking me anyways, <br />I want it to go away <br />But it won't, it just stays. <br /> <br />I couldn't take to much <br />So I just walked out the door <br />Instead of falling down <br />On the cold, wooden floor. <br /> <br />I keep on walking <br />I still dont know why I am <br />I just want out of this Hell <br />But I guess you could say I'm damaged. <br /> <br />I stare at the grey, gloomy sky <br />And I stumble over my feet <br />I can barely stand up on my own <br />I just feel way to weak. <br /> <br />I pass a dear friend's house <br />I just stare and then turn <br />My insides just hurt more <br />My soul feels like it's going to burn. <br /> <br />Still walking down this road <br />I'm getting very cold <br />And I think I may fall over <br />And turn into a hard round stone. <br /> <br />I can't walk anymore <br />I know I'm going to die <br />So with my last taking breath <br />I say my 'Goodbyes'. <br /> <br />My eyes are starting to close <br />And I'm not very amused <br />I'm sitting in this cold gloomy weather <br />So lost and confused.<br /><br />Kelsey Joe<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/lost-and-confused-5/
