I have taken alot of flack, <br />for the type of poetry I love to write; <br />Ive taken critisisim for my beleif in God, <br />and putting Him fore front in my sight. <br /> <br />I write alot about what I feel, <br />and events taking place in my life. <br />I write about the problems I face, <br />and dealing with daily strife. <br /> <br />I have had people laugh at me, <br />and tell me to grow some balls; <br />Ive been called a mommas boy, <br />and told the writings on the wall. <br /> <br />I can take all you have to say, <br />and savor it and test its salt; <br />But talk bad about my daughter whos ill, <br />then your comments I will hault. <br /> <br />The poems 8 and daughter, <br />were written about a child thats ill. <br />the hurtful comments that you posted, <br />I wish you would grow up and chill. <br /> <br />I will not change the way I write, <br />to try and please people I dont even know. <br />So if you dont have anything constructive to say, <br />I wish like the wind youd just blow.<br /><br />Dwayne Bailey<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/the-people-its-written-for-will-know/
