On the inside I'm torn apart <br />Broken into pieces <br />That's who I am <br /> <br />That's who I've always been <br />But everyone just looks right through <br />Everyone sees through these teary eyes <br />And all those broken fake smiles that I wear <br /> <br />They see through all the lies <br />Can't they tell that I'm living a lie <br />I guess they are just blind <br /> <br />This is who I am <br />Forever and always I will be filled with pain <br />I will be broken all over inside and out <br />And I'm losing all hope <br /> <br />Because I know that I will never be whole <br />And being broken and in pain is just who I am <br />I was born with pain and I will die with pain <br /> <br />That's who I am <br />And I hate who I am <br />But I have to accept the facts <br />Although that's really hard to do <br /> <br />I'm all tangled up with fear <br />Tangled up in all my thoughts <br />I've got so many and I can't rid them <br /> <br />I got so many of him and I've tried to throw them away <br />But I can't force myself to rid them <br />I've known him for too long and he still is a part of my heart <br />That's who I am I can't rid anything or anyone from my heart and soul <br /> <br />After all he meant so much to me <br />I just wish he would talk to me again <br />I miss those words <br /> <br />But that's who he is now <br />I hate it so bad but I can't tell him <br />My heart just won't let me and I don't know why <br />I know I've got to move on someday somehow I will move on <br /> <br />But this is who I am <br />I'm lost in my thoughts of him <br />In the thoughts of suicide <br /> <br />This is who I am <br />I'm hopeless, broken all over <br />I'm drowning in my pain <br />And trying to hide the tears <br /> <br />June 5,2008 <br /> <br />I know not good..but who cares...I couldn't sleep so I had to write<br /><br />ESPN CHICK<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/who-i-am-36/
