Having a child is certainly a life-changing minute. After childbirth, all a mom can think of is how to raise the child and manage everything around. <br /><br />It is evident that she would not be thinking of returning to the career just quickly. If a mom had a career prior to the child, the thought of returning to it will come to her mind, at some point. <br /><br />The question is when would be the best time to go back to work then?
