You may be financially wealthy or you may be struggling to survive <br />But life is only about living yes only about being alive <br />The dead can't be of assistance to anyone though their legacy they leave behind <br />In death we still sing the praises of those who in life were good and kind. <br /> <br />So many are poor and downtrodden life can be so very unfair <br />Yet the poor always help out each other their meagre possessions they share <br />They only live for the tomorrow their better days may be ahead <br />You are only of use whilst living why would anyone wish to be dead? <br /> <br />Life as always is about living so do live for as long as you can <br />The longest Human life in time a brief one an average of three score and a ten year span <br />But live till the reaper will claim you for none have yet come back to tell <br />Of the supposed life hereafter The Worlds of Heaven and Hell. <br /> <br />Life is only about living death it is forever more <br />I meet this old bloke in the Parkland of years he is the four score <br />He never talks about dying for as long as he can he will live on <br />'Tis soon enough the reaper will have us and we will be forever gone.<br /><br />Francis Duggan<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/life-is-only-about-living/
