The night is winding to a close <br />The movie credits end scrolling across the screen <br />I gave you a goodnight kiss <br />I said good bye and will see you later <br />I walk back to my room to find the lights off and everyone gone <br />I brush my teeth and take a shower <br />I lay down in my bed only to find out I can’t sleep <br />My bed seems too big <br />I realize I miss your smile, your hair tickling at my face and your soft voice <br />I miss not having a hand to hold <br />Most of all, I missed that kiss that lets me fall asleep with a smile on my face <br />Knowing there will be a good morning kiss to wake up too. <br />The morning kiss that will leave a feeling in my heart until the kiss at night <br />There is something about you lying next to me at night that keeps my heart beating <br />Keeps me smiling until my body falls asleep <br />And my mind starts dreaming about nights like this that make life so unforgettable <br />These are nights I hope never end with memories always being created<br /><br />jason zas<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/a-bed-too-big/
