I can't take this anymore, <br />I can't just let you go on command. <br />I've locked my heart behind frozen doors, <br />And still i can't seem to get you to understand. <br /> <br />Though i've tried a million times, <br />You've only heard, but you never listened. <br />Like my words aren't even worth your time, <br />And all those tears i cried, never even glistened. <br /> <br />I feel like i'm living a lie, <br />From a past full of pain, hatred, and fears. <br />A pain that killed me up inside, <br />Which sent me back to a life of anguish, death, and tears. <br /> <br /> So what must i do?
