It never rains but that it pours <br />In Christ we have no fear <br />Though even as the lion roars <br />The Lord is ever near <br /> <br /> <br />Although in Christ a child may fall <br />Yet God who reigns on high <br />Is just as far as man can call <br />So no one needs to die <br /> <br /> <br />The Lord our God will answer prayer <br />Those near and that afar <br />Before we speak the answer’s there <br />No matter where we are <br /> <br /> <br />In Christ we know that this is true <br />It happens all the time <br />Just call and God will answer you <br />It doesn’t cost a dime <br /> <br /> <br />Through Jesus’ blood the way is free <br />The Lord has met the bill <br />The cost for you my friend and me <br />Was paid on Calvary hill <br /> <br /> <br />Before this life draws to an end <br />Before the darkest night <br />Give God a call today my friend <br />You’ll see the time is right <br /> <br /> <br />Christ knows the name and sees the heart <br />Who in His presence wait <br />No child from God’s too far apart <br />No shameful deed’s too great <br /> <br /> <br />The devil stands no chance at all <br />He’ll try with all his might <br />But in the end it’s he who’ll fall <br />Through Christ he’s lost the fight.<br /><br />Michael P.
