While Heaven calls to come inside <br />The Father’s sheep astray <br />The jaws of hell are gaping wide <br />And lions prowl for prey <br /> <br />We’ve all a choice to life or death <br />To Jesus’ arms or fire <br />There’s freedom till our final breath <br />To choose our heart’s desire <br /> <br />While most of us walk selfish ways <br />Living a life of shame <br />A few to Heaven fix their gaze <br />And call on Jesus’ name <br /> <br />Obscurity demands its fill <br />And disobedience thrives <br />Still few seek out The Father’s will <br />To save their precious lives <br /> <br />God loves us all and hates to see <br />The death of but one child <br />And wants us live He wants us be <br />Through Jesus reconciled <br /> <br />Our time to change is at its height <br />To know and feel God’s love <br />His Light has come to end the night <br />As promised from above <br /> <br />Best not to knock the devil’s door <br />Or if he knocks on yours <br />Be not to God a shameful whore <br />Gathering stinking sores <br /> <br />Take good advice let wisdom rule <br />Allow God’s Light to reign <br />Refuse to be the devil’s tool <br />Don’t play his fool again<br /><br />Michael P.
