A cat up on a neighbour's roof <br />mews consantly, afraid to jump. <br />The neighbour, plump and grumpy, <br />doesn't want to help. <br />He says the cat can come back down <br />the same way it went up. <br /> <br />I phoned an animal protection group <br />two days ago, but nothing's happened yet. <br />What now?
