Thank you for opening up your world, <br />The world that you're living in. <br />Thank you for a glimps of it, <br />And letting my new viewing begin. <br /> <br />I have never, ever been here, <br />This world of, Vir-tu-all- re-all-ity. <br />There are so many different ways of seeing, <br />Ones' viewing of things never seen. <br /> <br />I can see why you've hidden, <br />Your virtues in your hidden place. <br />And also see why you seem, <br />To wear to others, a much different type of face. <br /> <br />I must admit it does all seem real, <br />But we all know that it's not. <br />I guess it could become addictive, <br />And it could fill that empty spot. <br /> <br />But it's only a pretending place, <br />That we might want to visit at times. <br />But I've heard this isn't really healthy, <br />It's unhealthy for the mind. <br /> <br />But thank you for the tour, <br />And I hope to see you around. <br />Take some time to take walk the real world, <br />And place your feet back on earths real ground.<br /><br />Linda Winchell<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/open-up-your-world/
