I found a rose amoung the thorns kissed with morning dew, <br />I reached inside to touch the rose, but my hand could not get through. <br />Tangled there amoung the thorns, so beautiful was the rose, <br />Such breathless beauty growing there, why, only heaven would know. <br />To see such beauty everyday, and yet I can not touch, <br />Some times I wish I'd never seen it. It hurts me oh so much. <br />The sweetness of its fragerance fills the morning air, <br />Sometimes I just can't help myself, I have to stop and stare. <br />All other flowers pale beside this blushing Rose, <br />And why this rose is all alone, I will never know. <br />Such beauty should not be wasted, in such a thorny place. <br />For its plain to see this rose was blessed with stile and grace.<br /><br />Crystal G.
