Leave me be in death’s hands to take me away <br />Let the grim reaper take my soul as it’s tainted <br />Seeing myself turn into the corruption of life <br />Been fighting the longest battle with myself <br />For years I have to fight these voices in my head <br />Telling me to backstab everybody around you <br />Last man standing as the world will eat you alive <br /> <br />While my knuckles are bleeding and broken in pieces <br />From punching the walls of self doubt and self hate <br />Self esteem drained and devoured from the past <br />I can see myself alone and safe, to never hurt no one <br />Putting me into my own asylum of insanity and anger <br />Blaming myself for everything bad happen to the family <br />From my father leaving us and shredding the streets <br />Wishing I was dead and rotting in the ground forever <br /> <br />So no pain inflicted upon others for every action I do <br />No more tears, no more screams, no more stress for anyone <br />Just harmony for the world without me to create chaos upon it <br />So god why bring me into this world, I wish you made me non-exist <br />Outcast to the human race and off the universe of the peace and compassion <br />Because torment and sorrow spreads like the black plague in my presence <br />So leave me be and let me live by fate’s prophesy of my judgment day <br />Just Leave Me Be………<br /><br />Compton Wright<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/leave-me-be-11/
