Dreams of storms and cyclones we all know; <br />Dreams of Tsunami have you ever seen? <br />I have had a dream of Tsunami in the early hours! <br /> <br />Best to avoid Tsunami is to be away from sea; <br />At least 500 metres away from sea shore anyway; <br />It's about 1500 feet from the spot so to say; <br />So, it is 15 houses of 100 feet each to be covered! <br /> <br />I stand near the seashore and on the other extreme <br />Waves of sea rise very high at a distance and come; <br />Soon the waves cross over the shore to the town itself <br />And recede back to sea making me electrified of Tsunami! <br /> <br />I run to the town with the aim of crossing 15 houses; <br />I cross the first line beach,2nd line and third line; <br />Then go to main street one and main street two....; <br />Will I reach the spot before the Tsunami comes back again? <br />I leave it to readers to dream the rest of story to guess next!<br /><br />Ramesh T A<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/a-dream-of-tsunami/
