Denial, will only increase your anxiety, <br />while honesty, could bring peace of <br />mind! This to me, is the best policy, <br />one can find. It pays to be honest, as <br />the more you're in denial, the worse <br />off, you're going to be. You get in <br />deeper and deeper and you don't <br />want to lose, your sanity! Dealing <br />with anxiety, is not pleasant and <br />could cause, a lot of distress. If you <br />don't bring it into the open, it then <br />becomes, a great big mess! To have <br />peace of mind, is truly a blessing!
