Though deluded, still I perceive, <br />Glittering life, a flickering flame. <br />Time is changing, <br />Still time is the same. <br /> <br />Hey life, Stop! ! Take me nowhere, <br />I have no time to stare, no time to spare. <br /> <br />Between shadows of the towers, <br />Where is the warmth of the sunshine? <br />That cool breeze which woke me up, <br />Still blows fresh down my memory line. <br />Bliss of that day, I miss today; <br />And the distant rose’s smile. <br />Can someone return me that bliss? <br />I want to plunge into it for a while. <br /> <br />Hey life, Stop! ! Take me nowhere, <br />I have no time to care, no time to spare. <br /> <br />I can breathe, but I’m not free, <br />I can see, but there is no light, <br />I can hear, but there is no silence, <br />Emotions unknown bind me tight. <br />I am a dead man, <br />Living in this dying world. <br />My wishes and desires are buried, <br />Over which I’ve raised my tomb impearled. <br /> <br />Hey life, Stop! !
