Sufi students in California have protested against the Italian designer Roberto Cavalli over the use of a perfume logo it is claimed copies a sacred symbol from the branch of Islam.<br /><br />There have been several such demonstrations in North America, Europe and on social media, and more are planned.<br /><br />The company argues the logos are different and denies any wrongdoing.
