MUZAFFARGARH: At least seven members of a family were electrocuted by underground live wires here on Saturday, Samaa reported. <br /> <br />According to police, the deceased men were laborers, who accidentally struck the subterranean electricity wires while laying down a gas pipeline in Turkish Colony. <br /> <br />"Initially the electric shock killed four workers and injured others; however, three more people died shortly after", an official told Samaa. <br /> <br />Chief Minister Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif, has announced the provincial government would pay Rs1 million each as compensation to the bereaved families.
