Spent the night outside my door, <br />looking for something down the floor, <br />the light shade over my face, <br />then from the sky, or from the outer space, <br />something was coming. <br /> <br />I turn my back and I see sky again, <br />I started to cry, <br />and see what really meant to be here. <br />yes here in this special place, <br />where the stars are warm, <br />where the sun is nice, warm and gentle, <br />where the winter fall caress you, <br />where the immense constellations are blue, <br />where only humans dare to touch, <br />where the wars battle are only a dream, <br />where the poor are the kings, <br />where the night never end, <br />where the light will dare to surrender, <br />where my heart go with flow, <br />where the baddies are punish with law, <br />where the winner is a winner, <br />where the dawn could be screamer. <br />where the immense prairies are free, <br />where the children are meant to be. <br /> <br />So I wake up suddenly in the night, <br />and I know this dream was right, <br />So I walked down my street, <br />and holy snow fall on me, <br />then I realise nothing like this could be so right, <br />and started to sing a song, <br />to believe there is nothing wrong, <br />to dream and believe in all this, <br />then I sit down and smile and laugh. <br />and my heart felt the peace. <br /> <br />Then the wind took over me, <br />then night walk through me. <br />the evening star dance with me <br />and the sunshine took me. <br />in a special place, <br />where I can see my fate, <br />where I can sleep in my dreams, <br />where I can see the light, <br />where the devil play all night long, <br />where my fate belong, <br />where after all my heart is feeling strong.<br /><br />Gianni Pintus<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/where-35/
