As I tread the steep rocky coastal path carefully <br />The sun shines down its warmth caressing me <br />Dotted around is battered withered windswept tree <br />Surrounded by natures natural beautiful scenery <br /> <br />The path is worn, on times stone is crumbly <br />So then as I walk my feet I place very gingerly <br />With birds soaring above in cotton cloud flying free <br />Filling the air the gulls screech like an old banshee <br /> <br />Turning a corner of the path a spectacular view I do see <br />The path opens onto the cliff head people are absentee <br />In the distance a sparkling horizon, a glinting sea <br />Colours changing moody from blue to emerald green I see <br /> <br />Butterflies flit in the grasses, flowering shrubs around me <br />And bobbing fluffy rabbits hop as from me they flee <br />There I stop relax take in natures natural beauty <br />It helps your replenish I’m sure you agree<br /><br />Micron<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/coastal-walk/
