Chard words from a little girl, <br />Shattered teardrops leaking from her soar eyes, <br />Lips creased into a pout, <br />That little girl hurt from all his lies. <br /> <br />He hit her too many times, <br />She is now untouchable, <br />He gave her such misery, <br />She is now indestructible. <br /> <br />She at one point had beautiful glistening wings, <br />But he tor them off of her, <br />With no guilt attached to him, <br />She is now with out him and is so much better. <br /> <br />Her beautiful glistening wings, <br />Have grown back attached to where they should be, <br />Tho she still lets her shattered teardrops fall to the ground, <br />For every one to see.<br /><br />Sunset Moonshine<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/0092-an-angels-shattered-teardrops/
