A cartoon world would be nice to live in <br />Obstacles and problems moved with a pen <br />A simplistic uncontroversial place <br />Hatred and fear we could erase <br /> <br />Every house a happy home <br />No one ever need be alone <br />If ever I need a friend <br />They would be as near as my pen <br /> <br />The entire world my fantasy <br />Imagined and created by me <br />No sermons for me to hear <br />No lectures to dread or fear <br /> <br />Life would be one fun game <br />Drawn by me frame by frame <br />You and I some friends at times <br />Telling stories writing rhymes <br /> <br />Singing songs telling jokes <br />Never having to hear <br />“THAT’S ALL FOLKS” <br /> <br />A fantasy world I’d never leave <br />Possible I like to believe <br />If only for my mental ease<br /><br />vern eaker<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/cartoon-world/
