The bible; speaks the truth we need <br />How Satan, leads astray <br />Spiritual food, on which to feed <br />And how to live each day <br /> <br />We must return, to Jesus’ book <br />Seek out, all God would tell <br />The truth revealed, if when we look <br />Can save from death and hell <br /> <br />God’s word is clear for all to see <br />Life’s plan made all too plain <br />Life’s recipe will set us free <br />And give us birth again <br /> <br />Receive God’s word, within your life <br />Let Jesus plant His Seed <br />Allow His Spirit like a knife <br />Cut out the devil’s weed <br /> <br />It’s Heaven’s road, in black and white <br />God’s map, to show the way <br />Life’s tactics, how to fight the fight <br />And keep the foe at bay <br /> <br />Accepting Jesus, as our guide <br />When Christ we place as first <br />God’s “Well of Life” when found inside <br />Will quench our spirit’s thirst <br /> <br />The Lord speaks true on every page <br />How man should handle sin <br />God’s strategy; throughout the age <br />Until life’s fight we win <br /> <br />Don’t leave it idol, gathering dust <br />But drink each day anew <br />Give Christ the Author, all your trust <br />And give Him all He’s due.<br /><br />Michael P.
