Like a spider on its silky thread <br />A lion with its prey <br />The devil stalks the walking dead <br />His demons lead astray <br /> <br />So seems the nature of things <br />Nights when shadows creep <br />Evil appears on eagle wings <br />While the church is asleep <br /> <br />Countless souls the devil’s won <br />Bound tight in chains of lust <br />Now less and less seek out God’s Son <br />While faith just gathers dust <br /> <br />The church must help God’s children live <br />As soldiers of The Lord <br />Take through Christ the initiative <br />Together with the sword <br /> <br />Take command of each situation <br />Still wary of the foe <br />Take back our shameful nation <br />And see God’s power flow <br /> <br />For will The Lord not stand us by <br />When faith we take to hand <br />While His creatures fail, fall and die <br />Throughout each blessed land <br /> <br />We can’t allow these things my friend <br />Together as one man <br />Arise and shine and put an end <br />To each demonic plan <br /> <br />United through The Holy Ghost <br />In harmony above <br />Bring defeat on the filthy host <br />In Jesus’ strength and love<br /><br />Michael P.
