The sun scorched, <br />the day was too hot. <br />For working I said 'not '. <br />Then I was fired by the boss. <br /> <br />So heavy was falling snow, <br />keeping the temperature very low, <br />the day was too cold. <br />For working I said 'no'. <br />Then I was fired after a harsh scold. <br /> <br />My stomach was too empty and hungry. <br />So eating was my 1st priority. <br />After eating my stomach too full, <br />then I felt sleepy and going to bed was my rule. <br />By deadline, my work I couldn't finish. <br />Then I was fired after severely barked like a thunder blitz. <br /> <br />The time was too early, <br />making me feel so lazy. <br />The time was too late, <br />but it didn't make me haste. <br />I just postponed my work to a later date. <br />All my work lagged far behind. <br />Then I was fired with a heavy fine. <br /> <br />Too hot, too cold, too hungry, too full, too early and too late <br />are the excuses a lazy worker always makes <br />but these are the things the boss can't tolerate.<br /><br />U Win Kyi<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/a-lazy-worker-and-a-firing-boss/
