Right now I'm dying to be free <br />I don't belong here anymore <br />It's just not the best use of me <br />I care about her, but its easy to see <br />I don't love her romantically <br />I don't feel warmth from her <br />Or serenity <br />She never truly loved me <br />Never saw me for me <br />It's time for another chapter of the story <br />Instead of the obligatory <br />Though at this precarious age <br />I'm afraid to turn the next page <br />For fear it will be a bigger mistake <br />In search of something real, I'm liable to find fake <br />But it seems a chance I have to take <br />To escape this constant longing and heartache <br />All I want is a love that's true <br />Where one is formed by two <br />Two hearts who wish to start anew <br />Who learned about things from being blue <br />I hope she's someone just like you <br />Who is kind and caring through and through <br />I never needed a partner...somehow feeling alone I got by <br />Somewhere along the way I gave up on love; Don't know why! <br />Now I see it's the one thing for which I long <br />Without it life seems empty, as if I don't belong <br />But I've got a lot to share still inside <br />I just took it hard and had too much pride <br />But now I feel my heart returning <br />Ready to open up wide <br />Before I leave this earth I need to share the love inside. <br />I've finally run out of placest to hide <br />I never was noticed for all the times I tried <br />Somewhere a part of me died<br /><br />JAMES T.
