Another day goes by, <br />As I sit here and I cry, <br />Forever asking why, <br />As I watch the daylight die. <br /> <br />My heart has grown so fond, <br />Everlasting and beyond, <br />Awaiting you to respond, <br />So passes another dawn. <br /> <br />The hand burns out the light, <br />But I won't give up the fight, <br />I wait for you in spite, <br />So passes another night. <br /> <br />And now I wait here and I pray, <br />That you'll be here someday, <br />Watching life itself decay, <br />So passes another day. <br /> <br />And now I wait here in the rain, <br />The drops resulted from my pain, <br />These drops red tears that leave a stain, <br />As I wait here in vain. <br /> <br />And now I wait here in the snow, <br />My pain continuing to grow, <br />But I refuse to let you go, <br />I'll still be waiting here tommorow.<br /><br />Twisted Moon<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/so-passes/
