I drempt I was dreaming <br />Life was deep instrumental music <br />Packed full of ineffable meaning, <br />I was frustrated so <br />For all the words I wanted to sing, <br />But just did not know. <br /> <br />In my dream I awoke from the dream <br />Only to find <br />More unexplainable mystery, <br />As I was still in unreality within my own mind. <br /> <br />In my dream <br />I climb, <br />A long, long hill <br />At the top <br />All is still, <br />There upon resides a great mansion <br />Half-finished, mostly empty, undone - <br />Inside there is a picture <br />Hung on a wall, near the end of a long dark hall, <br />It is a picture of the entire family... <br />All that is missing <br />Is me; <br />I look it over, wondering why 'tis so, <br />And where in the world did I go? <br /> <br />A Voice from somewhere <br />Comes to me <br />Soft and slow <br />Gently singing: <br />' I sent you, <br />To bring home all the others, <br />Didn't you know?
